Replacement wiring diagrams for our current product lines (2003 - present) are available on request.

Wiring diagrams for our older product lines (1986 - 2002) are no longer available.
(These older items are approaching 20 years of age and are no longer built or provided technical support)

From the inception in January 2003 to current (2008) our new microprocessor product line has had such exceptional reliability that we have very few technical support issues to share in the tech support section, other than a few instances where someone connected something incorrectly or didn't operate it properly. We've had only five (5) warranty replacements over the entire new product line in 5 years. A couple of them tested properly but the customer claimed they didn't work after installing a second time so these were replaced free of charge. We're sure no other firm can match this record.
