Box #2

Our microprocessor product line is identified by the burgundy colored plastic box.

Replacement wiring diagrams and support for our current product line
are available to the "original purchaser" subject to the free support period.

From its inception in January 2003 to current (2011) our microprocessor product line, along with regular design advances and updates, has had such exceptional reliability that we have very few technical support issues other than a few instances where someone connected something incorrectly or didn't operate it properly. Much of our support has been helping customers who ask for information about moving their Kriss item to a newer motorcycle, how to remove a headlight lens or our suggestion where to place the unit.

We've had virtually no warranty claims encompassing our microprocessor product line of over 30 items, since it's introduction in 2003, which equates to many thousands of devices shipped. The current number count is kept up to date on our "Manufacturing Display page ". We're very proud of our results and sure no other firm in the motorcycle electronics industry can match our record.

All of our products have one thing in common that's been proved a number of times.
If they aren't connected properly they won't work properly and may be damaged!

For "that guy" who complained that installation is even required -
