Modulator space in small headlights

Normally you won't need to do anything special when using a Kriss "Harley" or our "short plug model" on other bikes .

Here's what a customer wrote about his Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide 5 3/4" headlight installation

I ordered the H45003 Headlight Modulator for my 2000 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide Glide on Friday, May 12th. I received my Fed-Ex delivery today, Monday, May 15th and installed the modulator in about ten minutes or so. Couldn't have been any easier, as you know. It installed as advertised, and it functions exactly as I expected. Just so you know, I have the stock 5 3/4 inch headlight and everything fit fine. I would think that all 2000 FXDWG's and all bikes using this headlight should have no problem nor the need for special mounting. I did not use the crimp connectors. I merely attached your plug to my headlight and attached your wires to the old plug. Done. And, in case you get other reports, I didn't have to---and would not have--- forced anything to fit into the headlight bucket. Obviously, you have to "position" the extra plug and the modulator inside the bucket, but they DO fit.

One set of these crimp connectors are free if you need them.
	Some Models with 5 3/4" headlight may not have enough space inside to contain the original plug plus a modulator. In these rare cases use our alternate plug procedure, which allows direct plug in inside the headlight. This can be viewed from 5 3/4" Plug connection to the right. If you are unsure or have a 2007 and later 5 3/4" teardrop headlight you may want to order our Slim-Jim model.	Please allow time for adobe file to display after it's fully loaded.
