PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION

We regularly receive calls from someone wanting to send their unit in for repair or warranty replacement. This is highly unusual for our products and not finding the customers name in our database followed with some questions about what their unit looks like we determine it's not one of our units.

Please examine the pictures below to help you identify your unit so you can contact the correct company

This is one model of our Kriss Headlight Modulator.
Most of our current products are identified by the
1½" x 1½" x ¾" burgundy plastic box.

If your modulator looks like one of these then it's not a Kriss brand.
This unit is about 1" (Kisan)	This unit is about 1" (Comagination)	This unit has a metal housing with heat sink fins along the side. (SignalDynamics)
