instructions on this page which means your question might not get forwarded and you may not get an answer.

Our technical support assistance is provided for those who have purchased an item from us and
need help with installation or other technical issues within the free support period. We will advise if you are beyond this period.


We no longer have the wiring diagrams for the old items built back in the 1990's so we aren't kidding
when we say that we're unable to provide wiring instructions or troubleshooting for these old products. For those that
try anyway we want to repeat that we cannot provide you with an answer for the old item you took off that bike you sold
years ago and now are trying to install a 10 or 15 year old item on a newer bike without any installation instructions.

Installation instructions and wiring diagrams are included with each new item at the time of purchase.
Replacement wiring diagrams for the current product line (2003 - present) are available upon request.
(wiring diagrams for the older product line (1986 - 2002) are no longer available. We don't have the old computer or files any longer. )
