Are you installing a device to make your rear turn signals operate like brake lights or running lights and have a factory Security Alarm system on your motorcycle. Often you'll find that the alarm system will not function properly or produce a false alarm when you try to arm the system. The proper solution to this problem is to isolate the signal accessory from the stock wiring. This is required because the stock circuits are monitored for capacitance and adding an accessory to the brake or taillight wiring can trip the alarm when the bike is turned off. Our Security/Alarm System Isolator removes the added circuit capacitance of signal light accessories when you turn off the ignition switch. This allows normal activation of the alarm system. Also, if using turn signal hazard flasher this unit is required to prevent damage to our Panther units when using the hazard flashers while the motorcycle ignition is OFF.

When used with the our Pegasus passing lamp unit the isolator offers power for the lamps so they may be used when the headlight is in either high or low beam.
